Only raw material with valid mill test certificates and matching heat numbers enters production.
Every pressure-containing product is pressure tested before dispatch.
Heat number, grade and size marking links each piece back to its material certificate.
Planned production and ready stock of standard sizes to meet committed delivery dates.
Bar stock and forgings are checked against their mill test certificates for grade, heat number and dimensions before release to the shop floor.
Critical dimensions, threads and sealing surfaces are inspected during machining with calibrated gauges and instruments.
Components are cleaned, deburred and finished (passivated, electropolished or polished as specified) for corrosion resistance and clean service.
Valves, filters and assemblies are 100% pressure tested per API 598, with designs following ASME B31.3 process piping requirements.
Each product carries the Pipe-Lok Vales & Fittings logo, material grade, size, connection and heat number for complete traceability.
A final visual and dimensional check, then protective packing with end caps (and cleanroom packing for UHP face seal fittings).
